Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you live somewhere else and would love our cards or prints, get in touch and we'll let you know as soon as we can ship to you.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Printing times
Every order is printed for you by our printing partners in the U.S., who also handle quality checks and shipping. Cards take 2 to 3 business days to print and prints take 2 to 4 business days. It can take a little longer during busy periods such as the holidays.

Delivery times
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and can't be guaranteed, so please order in good time for birthdays, holidays and other occasions.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping (15 business days for Alaska and Hawaii), it's considered lost in transit and we'll send you another one free of charge. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send you a replacement.
