Printing and delivery

Every order is printed for you by our printing partners in the U.S., who also handle quality checks and shipping. Cards take 2 to 3 business days to print and prints take 2 to 4 business days. It can take a little longer during busy periods such as the holidays.

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and can't be guaranteed, so please order in good time for birthdays, holidays and other occasions.

Lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping (15 business days for Alaska and Hawaii), it's considered lost in transit and we'll send you another one free of charge. If it's running late, get in touch and we'll look into it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you live somewhere else and would love our cards or prints, get in touch and we'll let you know as soon as we can ship to you.
