Orders and shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every order is printed for you, then delivered free within the U.S. Cards take 2 to 3 business days to print and prints take 2 to 4. Delivery then takes 4 to 6 business days. You'll get tracking by email. Allow a little extra time around Christmas.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at the moment. We ship free within the U.S. only. If you live somewhere else, get in touch and we'll let you know when we can ship to you.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the U.S.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, it's counted as lost in transit and we'll send you another one. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take a little longer.
Greeting cards
Is there a message inside the cards?
No, every card is blank inside, Christmas cards included. The message is on the front and a related Bible verse is on the back, so the inside is all yours to write in.
How big are the cards?
5 x 7 inches, folded, printed on premium matte card stock.
Do the cards come with envelopes?
Yes, every card comes with a white envelope.
How many cards come in a pack?
Each design comes in packs of 5, 10, 20 or 50. To mix designs, use our Build your own card bundle: choose 10, 15 or 20 cards, or more in steps of 5.
Can I mix different designs?
Yes. With the Build your own card bundle you choose every design yourself from our full range, and you can pick the same design more than once.
Art prints
Does the print come framed?
No, every print arrives unframed. All three sizes are standard frame sizes, so it's easy to find a frame that fits.
What sizes are available?
8 x 10, 11 x 14 and 12 x 16 inches.
What paper are the prints made on?
Hahnemühle German Etching, a heavyweight 310gsm fine art paper with a textured finish that brings out every detail in the artwork.
Can I get a custom print?
Yes. Order a Custom Print and we'll be in touch to ask which image and words you'd like. We send you a preview to approve before anything is printed. Custom prints take a little longer than our ready-made ones.
Returns and help
What if something's wrong with my order?
Every order is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or you're not happy with it, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. Read the full refund policy.

We're an online shop based in Jackson, Wyoming. Faithful Grace is run by Faithful Grace Publishing LLC.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. A Faithful Grace gift card is sent by email and can be spent on any card or print.
Do you have devotionals?
Yes, we write free devotionals. Read them at faithfulgrace.com.
